Terms of service

Last updated: 2 May 2026 · Private beta. No SLA. Best-effort. Subject to change before GA.

Beta disclaimer

fuggit is in private beta. Data may be reset between iterations. There is no service-level agreement, no warranty, and no support obligation. Use at your own risk.

Your account

By signing in with Google you create an account on fuggit. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Don't share credentials. Enrol your own SSH keys. Don't try to bypass authentication.

Your content

You retain all rights to repositories, code, and metadata you push to fuggit. By pushing it you grant fuggit the operational right to store it, replicate it within the GCP region for durability, serve it back to you, and make it available to apps you authorise via the marketplace.

Acceptable use

See the acceptable use policy.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time per the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the AUP, attempt to compromise fuggit's security, or impose costs out of proportion to legitimate use. We will give reasonable notice except for security incidents.

No warranty, no liability

fuggit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of fuggit during the private beta.

Changes

We may update these terms during the private beta. Material changes will be announced via the apex page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith correspondence first.
